I’ve been a full-on geek for pre-booked sales in Hospitality for over 15 years—and now, I’m here to share that obsession with you.

As a consultant, my mission is simple: elevate guest experience, empower your team, and boost your bottom line.
But, what do you do?
This is a question I get asked a lot. To put it simply, I’m a fixer.
It’s my job to come into your hospitality business and understand where you could be missing out on sales opportunities- and help rectify that.
Hospitality businesses are like people: no two are the same. That’s why I believe in taking an approach to your business as unique as you; I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
I start every potential new relationship with a meeting where we’ll discuss where you think you’re losing out, what information you have to hand and what you think you need to do to improve things.
It might be that what the problem is and what the problem is perceived to be are two different things. But that’s totally OK- I’m here to guide you through that.
Once I’ve outlined what I think the project should be and entails, it’s completely up to you: any good working relationship has to be a match made in heaven for both sides!
Pre-booked sales
Put simply: if your hospitality business hasn’t embraced pre-booked sales, then you’re missing out.
Post-pandemic, bookings can equate to as much as 70% of your overall business revenue: they’ve gone from the icing to the whole cake itself.
With drinkers and diners making more selective decisions than ever about how and where they spend their money, being able to book (and book fast), can be the difference between money in your till and panic on your P&L.
This doesn’t mean you need to blanket approach bookings across your entire business; the key is to be strategic and smart to ensure your guests are happy, your operations run smoothly and your investors have a big ol’ smile on their face at the end of the financial year.
